Free Shipping

All qualifying orders will be shipped via USPS mail, either Priority or First Class. In some cases we may choose to upgrade the shipping method to FedEx Ground.

Discreet Shipping

Orders placed with The Mood are delivered in plain packaging. The words "The Mood", "themood.com", and any logos are NOT printed on the outside of your package. It is 100% discreet.

Same Day Processing

We ship quickly! All orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse location in Philadelphia, PA. We never use third party drop ship companies. When you place an order with us it comes from us! We ship to residential and commercial addresses, as well as APO, FPO, DPO, and AEO.

The Small Print

  • We do not ship on weekends; normal business days are Monday through Friday, this excludes holidays.
  • Orders ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST, orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
  • FedEx Ground, USPS Priority, and USPS Express transit times may vary.
  • FedEx working business days are Monday through Friday, this excludes holidays. FedEx does not deliver on weekends.
  • FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, for PO Box delivery select USPS.
  • At this time we only ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Return Policy

No Hassle Returns

Here at The Mood we understand that online customers are not able to touch or feel the items prior to purchase; because of this we offer and incomparable no hassle return policy! Customers may return or exchange unused items within thirty days of purchase along with their sales invoice, original packaging, and tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. Simply send the return along with a copy of the sales invoice, address and phone number to the following address.
